Where do we get daily motivation from?

1) Sleep

Get your sleep in every night (most nights),its very important,at least 6 hours a night in order to maximize your full potential the next day.Nobody likes a grumpy person.

2) Your thing

Do your thing when you wake up in the morning ,whether it's listening to that song you like or having that amazing cup of java, maybe you wash your red Lamborghini. As long as it is positive and your ''thing''.Don't start your day with a negative,-it's a recipe for failure.

3) Exercise

I believe exercising in the early hours of the morning tends to give me more motivation and channels me into full-steam motion for the day.And when you're done ,there's no room for excuses to quit for instance a late afternoon training ,when your all worn out.
Set your alarm 30 minutes prior to your actual training, because when i wake up i tend to forget things i need to take to the gym.

4) Nutrition

Getting proper nutrition for breakfast is crucial. It plays a massive role in your mood towards all business decisions and also staff/colleague relationships at work.Stay away from junk food ,it will influence your already positive day ,which if you remember started very early for a reason.

5) Personality

In my experience of reaching true inner peace and love for my neighbor,i have come to realize that our own personality predicts the way other people respond to our moods.Body language and posture also plays a role ,nobody wants to talk to or even do business with a moping, sad looking hunchback.Start with yourself and the rest will follow, take baby steps.

6) "Think well into the matter"

That is the famous words of one of my favorite icons ( Mr. +Sean Hyman  - Pastor & Self-made Billionaire). It literally means that you should STOP,and think before you do anything.Think how it will affect your life, positively or negative. And then lastly:"You have been given amazing talents and abilities both mentally and also physically, use them to your advantage.Don't be a fool!"
