It happens,life is tough... on your body and your mind.There will be obstacles,challenges and also setbacks,or as I call them :SET-UPS!!
Its part of life,do you think they reached the moon with that rocket in the first go?? Nope!! Every single challenge " SETS you UP" for the next goal,and the next goal.Each vision you have are divided into smaller challenges,that you have to conquer ,little by-little.
