How many times do we believe what people think of us?

Conforming to the beliefs and opinions of others about us?

We unconsciously lower our own expectations by listening to friends and families that say:" you're not good enough ", or, "it can never be done, you are waisting your time"

Keep your dream hidden from this cruel world. Work hard in silence and let your success make the noise.

Wake up every morning, truly believing that you are destined for greatness and go out-  working hard for that dream.

Remember this: Take the Bible literally whenever it is at all possible. When the language cannot be taken literally, then we know it is figurative.The Bible is a revelation from God- a revelation is an uncovering or unveiling so that all can see alike what was previously covered or hidden. The only excuse any man would have for not seeing something that was uncovered for him is his willful refusal to look. 

 Now: "All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16, 17 NLT)"

Concerning: "May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace. (1 Corinthians 1:3 NLT)"

This is a literal expression from the apostle Paul towards the people in the church of Corinth,
{He made you holy by means of Christ Jesus, just as he did for all people everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours.(1 Corinthians 1:2 NLT)}

now we know that all scripture is inspired by God for all generation to follow that call upon the name of Jesus Christ

Meaning in our lives: 

The Greek word for grace is caris. Its basic idea is simply “non-meritorious or unearned favor, an unearned gift, a favor or blessings bestowed as a gift, freely and never as merit for work performed.”

The word for peace is eirhnh. It apparently comes from eirw which means “to join.” It means a state of untroubled tranquillity, a state without war or dividing factions or enmity. It refers to a state of harmony and well being.

So God gives us grace through Jesus Christ alone, unmerited favor and in addition to that He gives us peace - "to join" in His love of untroubled tranquility.
This is a big promise that is over read countless times, God gave us His Word directly to understand easily.

Summary: Trust the Lord God for everything in your life through faith, because He has blessed us with His grace we cannot earn, to live a life free of trouble with Him and to enjoy His love in our lives that bring upon so many blessing towards yourself and everyone that comes in contact with you.

Goodness

As you work or study, maybe as a sportsman, seek to find goodness in the works that you do and you will find tremendous pleasure and gratitude for your own wellbeing.

We need to appreciate our circcumstances even more today than ever before by looking at our daily tasks and finding the goodness that drives us, seeking the awesome that put us there in the first place.

Years of struggle and anguish have blinded us from our skills and abilities, it is time to rip the veil from our eyes...and seek to find the goodness in all that we do.

Self Reassessment

It is important from time to time to take a long hard look at ourselves.
Taking into account all our attributes and flaws , and asking a very good question:

Am i living up to my full potential? 

Are you working at optimum functionality?
Are you putting enough hours into your studies?
Are you giving it everything at your dreams? 

85% of the time we as humans can improve, but you have to take that step towards greatness.
Rome was not built on "if's or butts", but by sweat,blood & tears.

Pro-actively making the choice to be more, to be the person in your dreams.

Our selfishness tends to override our compassion towards others, because of the fear and insecurity of tomorow.

Things we take for granted

• Clean water&food
• Having a healthy mind
• The ability to walk
• Family

How many people in this world do not have what we have? 
People struggling everyday for clean water and food, a little girl being pushed out onto the playing ground watching her friends run around...
An old man plugged into an oxygen machine thinking of the days of his youth....
We all know the faces of these individuals less fortunate, people crying out for mere human compassion.
This is not a guilt trip, but a call to shock your reality.
Use your time wisely for it is limited, dont be ignorant & foolish, if you can run, run fast.
If you can help, help wholeheartedly.
Dont you want to be remembered for achieving greatness?
A person that loved his fellow human being? 
Why do you want to waiste your youth away, so that you can regret life in old age?

Think about that inner feeling you dont understand, that feeling that always seeks, but never finds, wants but you never quench...
That is our very fabric itself wanting to break free of imprisonment of selfishness, that wants to reach out towards others and be the best we can achieve...

Passover Weekend

Sometimes we forget what really happened on the cross at Calvary.

Cross - symbol for scacrifice/humiliation

The Romans used crosses to execute slaves...symbol of their power against those who opposed them.

A Roman citizen was never allowed to be crucified, only for foreigners who rebelled against them.

We only know about the history of crucifiction because of one person...Jesus Christ.

Matthew 15

The Gospels were written by people who were present during this crucifiction.

John21:24 (eye witness testimony)

Luke 1 (eye witness facts)

Mark 15 - ,70 jewish counsil members interrogating Jesus infront of Pilate

They were trying to bad mouth Jesus before the Roman government ,so that they could crucify Him.

During the course of the interrogation, Jesus never answered one of their questions,untill the end ,His answer condemmed Him to the Cross for our sins. Mark 14

Mark 15 - ,70 jewish counsil members interrogating Jesus infront of Pilate

"This man has been leading our people astray..." 

They kept accusing Him of many things, and Pilate was a seasoned governer so He was confused that Jesus never defended Himself against the acquisations. Pilate realised Jesus was not guilty, and he was trying to figure out how he could get out of this, 

Pilate's wife even sent him a letter ,warning him of Jesus. (She had a dream about Him)

So Pilate used one of his old tricks, He used the option of setting a prisoner free - Barrabas (According to the four canonical gospels and thenon-canonical Gospel of Peter there was a prevailing Passover custom in Jerusalem that allowed or required Pilate, the praefectus or governor of Judea, to commute one prisoner's death sentence by popular acclaim, and the "crowd" (ochlos), "the Jews" and "the multitude" in some sources, were offered a choice of whether to have either Barabbas or Jesus released from Roman custody. According to the Synoptic Gospels ofMatthew,[1] Mark,[2] and Luke,[3] and the accounts inJohn[4] and the Gospel of Peter, the crowd chose Barabbas to be released and Jesus of Nazareth to be crucified. Pilate is portrayed as reluctantly yielding to the insistence of the crowd. A passage found only in the Gospel of Matthew has the crowd saying, "Let his blood be upon us and upon our children".) 
And gave Jesus over to the Jewish counsil to be crucified

Financial difficulties

Dear Lord,In this time of uncertainty,Be my rock in a world built on sand;Be my oasis of grace and peace in a world of tension and turmoil;Help me to carry my cross gracefully, as you did in Your Passion;Help me to follow Your beam of light in the midst of this darkness;Help me to see Your will in all thingsAnd show others Your comfort and strength.Keep me calm when tempers flare up;Keep me sane in a crazy world;Keep me focused on the houses in Heavenrather than the houses of cards collapsing around me;Keep my eyes focused on the prize of Heavenand not lose hope in You in this world or in the world to come;Make me compassionate in dealing with others;Let me see my travails as carrying my cross and sharing in Your Passion, for the love of You and for the salvation of souls, including mine.And may all my difficulties be ultimately for my good and Your glory. Amen.Our Lord challenged us in the Gospels not to worry about what we need in terms of the necessities of life such as food and clothing, but rather to “seek first the kingdom of God….and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matt 6:33). He also advised us to not to worry about tomorrow, as it would take care of itself (Matt 6:34).That seems a lot easier said than done these days, doesn’t it? So many of today’s anxieties center around two words: money and jobs! In our Prayer Requests section we get many notes from people wondering how they’re going to find a job or pay their bills or take care of their loved ones!What can we do? Turn to God in prayer, again and again. Persevere in the knowledge He loves us and wants to use our trials to strengthen us emotionally and spiritually if we let him. Give Him all your anxieties and ask for His graces for yourself and your loved ones.And, as tough as this may sound, don’t give into despair! Try to bear with your financial difficulties with equanimity saying to God, in effect, “Thy will be done.” Our pains and suffering need not be wasted or meaningless if we offer them up to our Lord for our good and for our salvation.We can all live with less of everything, everything that is except for love. This is a time to show more compassion towards others, whenever possible, and not to give in to feelings of bitterness about being wronged.Also it is important not let the tension we may naturally feel about how we’re going to provide for our loved ones keep us from showing them our love.And for those of us who never did anything shady but are still losing jobs and pensions and homes because of the misdeeds of others in this economy, we need to remember Our Lord. After all did he deserve the brutal punishment inflicted upon Him in His Passion, he who was without sin? Of course not, but he bore it anyway for our sakes!As we read in the book of Isaiah “he was wounded for our iniquities, he was bruised for our sins” (Is 53:5). Thinking about this can help keep us from nursing grudges over life’s unfairness.This doesn’t mean of course, that we should be Pollyannas about these times of course! The pain and anxieties many of us are feeling about our financial difficulties are quite real. And not quite knowing where the light is at the end of the tunnel, or where we even are in this tunnel, doesn’t help!Yet God is with us, especially in the midst of our sufferings, and wants to help us advance in holiness during these times if we are willing to let him do so!This is a time for finding out what is really important in our lives and what really counts. And it’s not the false sense of security and superiority we get from keeping up with the Joneses! Do we really need to measure our self-worth by the size of our bank accounts, or our houses?Didn’t Christ tell us instead not to store up treasures here on earth which can decay or be stolen, but rather, through living lives of holiness and true Gospel charity, to store them up in Heaven “where neither rust nor moth consumes, nor thieves break in and steal” (Matt 6:20)?Speaking of houses, while we worry about making a living, remember what our Lord told His apostles after the Last Supper: “Let not your heart be troubled… In my Father's house there are many mansions. If not, I would have told you: because I go to prepare a place for you” (John 14:1-2).Perhaps you’ve read of those who have had near-death experiences or who have actually died and come back to life, describing peace and magnificent surroundings beyond anyone’s imagination here.Granted, these are anecdotal but reflect also on the words of St. Paul who, himself once experienced heaven during his lifetime (2 Cor 12:2) and wrote elsewhere that “eye has not seen nor ear heard...what things God has prepared for those who love Him” (1 Cor 2:9).Time and time again in scripture we read of the importance of keeping our worship focused on the Creator rather than the created, not to get too attached to the things of this world. In so doing we may better show genuine love and caring for each other.When we act in this manner, and bear with our financial difficulties gracefully, turning them over to God, we can better assure that, whatever our financial situation might be now we have great hope that God will help turn things around for us, if not in this life, than in the Eternal one to come in heaven!We hope these reflections, like these prayers can provide you with some comfort and strength. And remember also that everything passes away in this life, both the good and the bad, but God, his place for us, and His love last forever! As our Lord said to His disciples after His resurrection “I am with you always” (Matt 28:20).

I give up

Ever said those three words?..."I give up"?

I mean its easy, no more worries and you can just relax...but for how long,before you start to feel the sinking feeling of regret. The hole of regret gets deeper and deeper the more you run from your problems and insecurities. It is easy to give up on something (job/marriage/goal). Nobody said it is going to be easy but nobody also said its going to be difficult. Life is a constant battle of ups & downs, today you might feel amazingly happy ,yet tomorow you might go down from an emotional blow. You are not measured by how good or how bad you do in life, but how good or bad you empower yourself in those situations.You are capable of anything , you are the master of your thoughts and you can overcome ANYTHING!!

Sometimes , like today , it is not easy for me to write inspirational messages, but i commit and i endure, because there is a bigger purpose to all of this than me. Life is not always about you, Look up Get up but never.....ever Give up.

Captilize on your chances

Taking full advantage on any situation can be challenging and strenious.
You have to make precise decisions and calculated risks.Reducing your expenses at all costs.

1)Slow down, any new exciting challenge or business venture can have you going at full speed.But in order to succeed you need to controle your emotions, because excitement can blind overlooked flaws for any startup venture.

2)Get the right team involved, trust is unfortunately only earned in life, and with business it is a key factor in every aspect.It cannot be bought, so make sure all people involved are of the same mindset as you are, and on the same page.There will be trust issues along the way, but these are all learning curves.

3)Resources, it's all about who you know.The company you keep will determine the outcome of your future, whether it is in business or friendship.So for business resource purposes , befriend smart people with wisdom and life experience, you can't captilize without capital.

4)You can't captilize without capital, everything costs money so unless you have too much money, you won't make it very far.Sharing ideas with smart trustworthy people is always a great idea, but be on your guard because "your best dog will bite you the worst".

What is your self worth?

Why should you get that promotion or that new job? Ever had that sinking feeling of "I am not good enough"?
That feeling where your worst fears and insecurities take over your good judgement. A place so dark and deep down in a sorrow pit of self-pity.

What if you can change that? Taking a step towards your worth, realizing your full potential and changing your fears into freedom, unlocking the power within you?

2) Visualize your positive outcome

  • Gradually start to make a positive change in your attitude and actions everyday

Take your mind ,and lets say its the fuel of a racing car..,now for this racing car to achieve optimum speed and functionality it needs fuel,that is number one!!.I mean you can have the best driver in the world ,but without fuel,your parked!!!

Making the effort

When you don’t feel like making the effort, the thing that will help you more than anything else is to go ahead and make that effort. Even when you are too tired or too bored, too distracted or too dismayed, the way out is to get busy and put forth effort.Wishing for things to be better won’t make things better. What will make things better is taking positive, focused action.Making excuses won’t make things right. The way forward is to make a real difference by making a real effort.Just because it’s difficult, uncomfortable and inconvenient, doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Purpose and fulfillment



You cannot do it all, and you wouldn’t really want to. Yet you can do what’s truly important.
There’s nothing to be gained from merely being busy. There are all sorts of wonderful things to be achieved by being purposeful.
So very many demands are placed on you by the world and all its systems and all its technology. That makes it more important than ever to make your own choice as to what really matters.
Just because something is urgent doesn’t mean it makes a difference. Just because something is colorful, exciting, trendy and enticing doesn’t mean it will add value to your life.
Step back from the glittery commotion and remind yourself of who you are. Remind yourself of what you truly love, of what really matters to you.
Plenty of things that seem important at first glance will quickly turn out not to be, so let them go. All the while, hold steady to what truly matters and build a life of purpose and fulfillment.

Lumpy richness

There will be pleasure and pain, triumphs and regrets. Embrace it all as it comes, make the best of it, and move steadily forward.
Disappointments will come, and then new opportunities will soon appear. Each day, each season will have its share of ups and downs, beginnings and endings.
Life is wonderfully rich, and yet that richness is not creamy and smooth like a chocolate milkshake. Life’s richness is highly lumpy and inconsistent, and that’s what makes it so magnificent.
You’re much more able to fully treasure the good times when you’ve been through difficulties. The victories taste so much sweeter after a string of defeats.
Just remember as you go along that it’s all part of the richness. Just as night gives value to day which in turn gives value to night, all life’s experiences mesh together in a truly sumptuous adventure.

The time it will take

Don’t be afraid of the time it will take to make real progress. Be thankful for the opportunity to make an increasingly valuable difference as time goes on.
